Responsibilities:
Responsible for ensuring campaigns and creative are executed on-time, accurately, monitored and delivered successfully which includes:
Campaign Scheduling: Must fully understand all aspects of the ad servers and how to appropriately schedule campaigns
Creative Scheduling: Must fully understand all aspects of the ad servers, ad specs, creative templates and ad tags to ensure proper execution of creative elements to campaigns
Delivery Management: Must have in depth knowledge of ad server delivery logic to troubleshoot delivery issues and provide effective solutions to manage campaign delivery in full
Urgent Support: Provides urgent support to their business units as requested. Also participates in ad ops on call rotation to assist markets in off hour requests
Troubleshooting: Troubleshoot scheduling, trafficking and delivery issues as they arise
Requirements:
Degree/Diploma in analytical or technical related discipline
1-2 years of working experience in ad serving platforms or ad trafficking
Proficiency in MS Office. Flash, HTML and Javascript knowledge desired
Experience with a major ad serving tool (Google Ad Manager (GAM), MediaMind, Doubleclick, Braze)
Ability to handle multiple tasks/projects at once.
Ability to react to change productively
Attention to details – meticulous characters
Quick, adaptive learner with the ability to develop expertise in digital workflow and ad serving systems
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
