About the role:
PropertyGuru DataSense, a part of the Data & Software Solutions arm of the PropertyGuru Group is actively searching for Customer Success Team Lead to join our Malaysia team..
The Customer Success Team Lead is part of the local PGDS Leadership team and is responsible to help our customers to succeed, through proactive and strategic Account Management and Cross Functional collaboration to drive engagement.
Develop and execute strategic account management & engagement plans to improve servicing standards and deliverables to new and existing customers
Ensure customers are well onboarded and engaged in PGDS, and driving organizational success from the platform
Drive product and feature awareness and penetration in your customer base
Collaborate with cross BU sales teams, sales channels, product operations and marketing team members and department heads; be a team player in a matrix organisation to deliver common objectives
Collaborate and Support our Business Development Teams from time to time
Work closely with customers and sales teams to identify and understand issues, problems, and opportunities; proposing solution to address challenges and taking action based on sound analysis and judgment
Meet and exceed a set of assigned OKRs for your portfolio that will drive optimum engagement for your customers
Conduct business reviews and retention activities with your customers in a timely manner; ensuring strong customer engagement and reducing customer churn rate
Working closely with customers and sales teams to win new business by providing Product knowledge and Consultative Selling support to meet business goals and objectives.
Lead the country’s customer engagement effort and initiatives, in line with regional and local objectives.
>5 years of sales (Business Development and/ or Customer Success) experience especially in enterprise solutions and professional services
Start-up à Scale-Up experience highly desired
Strong leadership skills and ability to inspire team members
Outstanding collaborator and communicator
Highly structured operator with outstanding process management skills
Possess Real estate and/ or Banking experience is a plus
Great sense of ownership and willingness to go for the extra mile to deliver results
Outstanding communication skills demonstrating respect and care of others
Someone who is always curious to learn, proactive, highly energetic, tenacious and independent.
Someone who is not happy with just good and want to push beyond good
Most importantly, someone who likes to have fun at work and celebrate success with the team and company
