About the role
As a Senior Executive in the Lifecycle Growth Marketing team, you will be responsible for strengthening PropertyGuru’s relationship with our customers throughout their lifecycle to drive high-value behaviors.
You will be involved in the development, execution and optimization of the lifecycle engagement and retention initiatives.
Your focus will be to advance our automated segmented campaigns to ensure the right message is delivered to the right audience at the right time.
You will succeed in this role if you are eager to learn, detail-oriented and able to work independently as well as collaborate in a team setting.
This is a regional role spanning across Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, and Indonesia.
Support lifecycle marketing communications plan leveraging relevant marketing channels (Email, In-App/Push, SMS, onsite)
Understand campaign objective and work with Marketing Automation to set up journeys according to campaign blueprint
Collaborate with Trade and Design teams to build compelling content that is effective in driving click-throughs
Ensure ongoing campaigns are maintained at high quality
Report on campaign performance, summarise insights and recommend next steps to drive business impact
Diploma/bachelors graduate (preferably in Marketing, Business or Technology)
1-2 years’ working experience in Lifecycle/CRM marketing
Previous experience using Marketing Automation platforms such as Braze, Salesforce Marketing Cloud or Marketo
Understanding of HTML, CSS, JS is a plus
