This is a mid-senior individual contributor role. The Learning and Development (L&D) Manager reports to the Group Head of Talent Development to provide learning and career development strategic interventions and tactical support to the Group. The role partners with business leaders and key stakeholders to drive learning excellence and implement capability building plans in alignment with the Group’s strategies.
Lead and execute the end-to-end responsibilities of the L&D function. This includes evaluating organizational development needs, creating and executing learning interventions and programs to address those needs, and evaluating the effectiveness of those solutions
Organize and conduct annual learning needs exercise and develop the total learning needs plan for the Group
Drive and implement strategies, policies and processes to strengthen the learning culture within PropertyGuru
Partner the business leaders and HR Business Partners to identify business needs and leverage on the learning & talent development programs, frameworks and best practices to help individuals and teams excel
Develop, curate and deploy learning interventions that are aligned to the core, leadership and functional competency frameworks
Design, develop and implement leadership development roadmap and programs to build the effectiveness and capability of people managers
Lead and implement the career development strategy and framework for the Group.
Keep up to date on Learning & Development trends, ideas and innovation; introduce and incorporate innovative and appropriate learning methodologies and technologies to facilitate learning and development, including gamification, Virtual Reality (VR), Artificial Intelligence (AI)
Design & facilitate learning workshops
Maintain the Learning Experience Platform and Learning Management System (LMS), and ensure accurate documentation and reporting of learning data
Knowledge, Skills and Attributes:
At least 8 years human resources experience focusing on learning and development and career development and employee programs which drive experience and engagement.
Demonstrated experience working across the Asia region in Human Resources
Demonstrated experience collaborating with HR peers and Leaders across the business on regional HR initiatives
Strong market knowledge of the latest HR trends, vendors and initiatives in the region
Minimum 8 years of experience in learning and development, in a regional capacity
Strong record in leading L&D projects, managing the end-to-end learning process and in learning cultural change at organizational level
Experience in identifying needs, developing strategies and implementing L&D initiatives and programs, with the ability to build creative and flexible approaches to meet diverse needs
Strong presentation and facilitation skills
Strong stakeholder management experience to drive change and innovation
