Project Management & Solutioning
Drive discovery phase of projects by collaborating with operational teams and business stakeholders to gather business requirements, supporting the design of new or improved processes of moderate complexity, and understanding business/customer impact
Communicate project status, process standards and changes, and issues and workarounds, clearly and succinctly to the business and operations support team
Utilise standard project management and quality improvement methodologies in process improvement approaches
Drive continuous sales systems Change Requests in order to meet ongoing business objectives
Implement sales enabling technologies, including Salesforce CRM, CMS, to sales teams
Liaise with Finance, IT, Engineering, Product and Sales as needed to solve for issues and escalations
Proactively monitor and strive to maintain high levels of quality, accuracy, and process consistency in the sales organisation’s planning efforts
Work closely with sales management to inspect sales process quality and prioritize opportunities for improvement.
Assist sales management in understanding process bottlenecks and inconsistencies. Facilitates an organization of continuous process improvement
Monitor sales organisation’s compliance with required standards for maintaining CRM data. Works closely with sales management to optimize the effectiveness of the firm’s technology investments
Mentoring and Developing Business Analyst.
4+ years of experience working as a business analyst or similar roles.
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills are required, with attention to details.
Solid business acumen with knowledge of commercial processes and ability to grasp business requirements from stakeholders.
Possess an agile mindset and proven experience working in an Agile team.
Champion of data and visualization with strong presentation and story-telling skills
Positive attitude with excellent interpersonal, written & verbal communication skills and strong intercultural awareness.
Resilient and flexible in ambiguous situations and can approach challenges from technical and business perspectives.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics, Business or any related fields
