About the Role:
This is a newly created position in the Marketing team, reporting directly to the Head of Marketing based in Kuala Lumpur. As a Senior Marketing Manager, you will be leading our campaigns to deliver outcomes in line with our marketing and business goals, manage the organisation’s own and paid channels, and evaluate marketing performance metrics.
You will play a big role in defining how demand generation works at PropertyGuru DataSense and will grow a team to execute. You will bring a data-driven, analytical approach, but will also roll up your sleeves to get the job done.
Responsible for growth hacking/demand generation of our Fintech offerings, working across key stakeholders to ensure seamless execution and tracking.
Must drive user acquisition and growth through digital channels, i.e., social media, content, Member-Get-Member etc, other non-traditional channels/methods to create viral growth.
Should develop content for all Owned and Earned media to drive traffic and leads to the product.
Work with consumer lifecycle management team to ensure effective onboarding and engagement of consumers segments, via effective email marketing campaign/platforms.
Work directly with internal and external stakeholders to engineer growth features and ideas
Must have exceptional project management skills and attention to detail
Work with multiple stakeholders, and ensure objectives are aligned.
Perform other related duties and responsibilities, as assigned
Qualifications, Experience, Competencies & Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, or relevant field.
Obsessed with business impact and growth
A creative marketing professional, preferably with strong content creation and writing background
Excellent understanding of the full marketing mix, from digital advertising to buying of non-traditional media and guerrilla tactics
Has a sense of urgency, pragmatism, and a solution-oriented approach to problem-solving
Ability to work as a team and independently
Strong planner with excellent project management
Possess problem-solving skills, good communication capabilities, and people skills with tolerance and ambiguity
Client focused and good business acumen
Ability to work under pressure and with a rapid turnaround time
Strong prioritisation and decision-making skills with a proven ability to manage multiple priorities and projects with deadlines
Experience in web analytics tools (Google Analytics), social media marketing applications (Hootsuite etc.) is highly desired
Experience working with e-commerce, technology, or online brands/clients is a plus
Hands-on, hardworking, and motivated by a business in its ‘building phase’ and able to thrive in an environment with a ‘start-up’ culture
Self-motivated, able to work independently as well as part of a team
