Identifying and understanding issues, problems, and opportunities; proposing solution to address customers challenges and taking action based on sound analysis and judgment
Develops and oversees the development of custom solutions to address the needs of accounts, effectively presents the solution and negotiates compensation ensuring a positive outcome for all parties.
Coordinates communications between product and service team members and account managers; is accountable for overseeing deliverables and managing timelines
Monitors accounts’ performance and works to ensure deliverables are fulfilled in a timely manner; ensure renewals are done promptly and are meeting or exceeding KPIs.
Lead a customer engagement team in ensuring FastKey's objectives and key results are met
Working closely with customers, channel partners, and account team members to meet business goals and objectives.
Possess at least Bachelor’s Degree either in Computer Science/Information Technology, Engineering, Business Studies/Management, Marketing, Commerce or equivalent
Above 5 years of working experience in the related field/industry is required
Prior experience in corporate software sales is added advantage
Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements
Strong proficiency in handling PC and mobile devices
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Possess good leadership skills with people manager experience
Team player and able to work with minimal supervision
