This is a Senior level role reporting to Chief People Officer and is tasked to manage the local country HR Function and Office Management.
Strategically lead the country HR function and proactively resolve HR challenges for the business
Support business unit in its strategic planning in line with company priority and key objectives
Make sure timely and accurate payroll processes
Overall annual budget setting and monitoring for local country entity in line with the Regional processes and cost management
Oversee day to day purchasing & budgeting in conjunction with executive management budget
Execute on both group HR programs and local business talent challenges
Work with the business on on-boarding and various manager development programs.
Provide consultation to leaders and employees regarding employee relations issues.
Establish effective communication channels to ensure the smooth information flow and promote corporate culture and employee engagement
Liaison with government departments and officials to ensure compliance with local legislation and regulations
Work with the appointed legal associates of the company and discuss the legal issues for the advancement and protection of the company
Candidate should possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma or Professional Degree in Business Studies / Administration / Management, Human Resource Management, or other qualifications.
At least 8 - 10 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Job role involves a combination of Executive, Administrative, Operations and Customer Services/Management.
Have good understanding and interpretation of the current domestic market employment legislation and its amendments
Sound knowledge of work permits and legal aspects
Experience in a multi culture organization
Excellent command of computer literacy (MS Office, HRIS)
Excellent references are required for this role
