Job description

  • Moderate all user generate contents such as advertisements, images, comments, reviews, forums etc.
  • Communicate and notify users whenever necessary through sms and e-mail etc.
  • Provide excellent customer service. E.g. attend to user’s feedback and complaints
  • Consolidate feedback and provide solutions to enhance user experience  

Requirements

  • Diploma / SPM in any related field
  • Proficient in MS Excel and MS Office
  • Previous understanding/experience in the customer service field is an advantage 
  • Competent in handling complicated customers
