Telesales Manager

Job description

The role:

This role is responsible for creating new business opportunities and sales of online property media to property agents/agencies.

Responsibilities:
  • Supervision of 10 – 15 Telesales and customer service consultants
  • Monitor productivity and campaign performance reports
  • Provide guidance and support to clients’ post-sale
  • Work closely with the customer services, product and marketing teams
  • Conduct training classes by presenting company’s product usage
  • Ensure team performance exceed sales target
  • Provide consultancy to team member and support team member on problem solving
  • Advise client and approach marketing solution to property agent
  • Review staff commission, performance and report to Sales Director

Requirements

  • 5 years and above in the sales (telesales) field
  • Basic understanding of Internet advertising is a plus
  • Real estate, Internet or Media experience is a plus - but is not critical
  • Must be hungry, proactive, highly energetic, tenacious and independent
  • Excellent interpersonal, team-working and presentation skills
  • Comfortable to speak in front of group audiences
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and possesses team management skill
  • Willing to go the extra mile Fluency in English both spoken and written to liaise with English speaking clients
