Job description

The role:

The successful candidate will maintain and develop existing client accounts to meet and surpass the company’s expectations and financial targets. S/he is required to discover and pursue new real estate developer prospects.



  • Collaborate with Management and Leadership Teams to find relevant solutions for new and existing developer clients
  • Liaise closely with Awards entry team to manage developer client Awards journey from entry to AMP purchase
  • Prepare and deliver multimedia solution proposals
  • Negotiate and close deals
  • Handle feedbacks tactically
  • Maintain and develop existing client accounts
  • Maintain and updates case file on clients
  • Build new client relationships through research
  • Arrange phone meetings with clients on a regular basis
  • Ensure correct usage of CRM and other applications
  • Keep abreast of the latest developments in the real estate industry in your local market
  • Travel frequently to designated market to attend face-to-face meetings, networking sessions and industry functions


  • Bachelor’s degree in related fields
  • At least 2 years’ experience as a sales executive
  • Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques and passion for sales
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Exceptional English written and verbal communication skills
  • Hardworking, persistent, and dependable
  • Positive and enthusiastic
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
