Job description

The role: 

To discover and pursue new real estate non-developer (suppliers, contractor, agents, consultants etc) prospects and maintain and develop existing client accounts to meet and surpass the company’s expectations and financial targets.


Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and develop existing client accounts
  • Build new client relationships through research
  • Arrange phone meetings with clients on a regular basis
  • Arrange itineraries to travel regularly to your designated market for face-to-face meetings with existing and new clients and to attend networking and industry functions
  • Qualify new prospects by understand their requirements and budget
  • Compile case file on new prospects and keep existing case files updated
  • Collaborate with Management and Leadership Teams to find relevant solutions for new and existing non developer clients
  • Prepare and deliver multimedia solution proposals
  • Negotiate and close deals and handle complaints or objections
  • Ensure correct usage of CRM and other applications

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Proven experience as a sales executive or relevant role
  • Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques and passion for sales
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Strong English written and verbal communication skills to liaise with English speaking clients
  • Hardworking, persistent, and dependable
  • Positive and enthusiastic
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
