Solutions Executive - Developer (Based in Malaysia/Vietnam/ Philippines)

Job description

The role:

To discover and pursue new real estate developer prospects and maintain and develop existing client accounts to meet and surpass the company’s expectations and financial targets.

This role will report directly to the Developer Solutions Manager and Head of Publishing.


Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and develop existing client accounts
  • Build new client relationships through research
  • Arrange phone meetings with clients on a regular basis
  • Arrange itineraries to travel regularly to your designated market for face-to-face meetings with existing and new clients and to attend networking and industry functions
  • Maintain and updates case file on clients
  • Collaborate with Management and Leadership Teams to find relevant solutions for new and existing developer clients
  • Prepare and deliver multimedia solution proposals
  • Negotiate and close deals and handle complaints or objections
  • Liaise closely with Awards entry team to manage developer client Awards journey from entry to AMP purchase
  • Keep abreast of the latest developments in the real estate industry in your local market
  • Ensure correct usage of CRM and other applications

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Proven experience as a sales executive or relevant role
  • Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques and passion for sales
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Strong English written and verbal communication skills to liaise with English speaking clients
  • Hardworking, persistent, and dependable
  • Positive and enthusiastic
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
