Order Management Executive

Job description

  • Ensure all customer orders are processed promptly and accurately
  • Ensure order processing is in compliance with the documented procedures/policies
  • Ensure order fulfillment be done and tracked properly
  • Escalate order issue to manager or related department to resolve the issue
  • Ensure orders are process within SLA
  • Perform any ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements

  • Possess a Degree/Diploma in any discipline
  • Preferably with at least 1 year working experience in the order processing environment
  • Knowledgeable in MS Excel and MS Office etc
  • Good interpersonal and communication skill
  • Job training will be provided for successful candidate
