Head of Developer Sales

Job description

The role:

This is a Senior level role reporting to the Country Manager and is tasked to manage assigned Key Accounts throughout its lifecycle by planning and executing relevant activities and co-coordinating with internal departments to achieve high level customer satisfaction. 


Responsibilities:

  • Portfolio Management 
    • Identify the critical requirements of Key Account and ensure delivery with high quality sales and service experience
    • Develop creative and compelling integrated advertising proposals to meet client needs
    • Provide comprehensive campaign reporting on a regular basis and execute optimization where necessary
    • Develop and execute relevant strategies and initiatives to grow our share of wallet by multi-fold
    • Share sound customer insights and industry trends to enable well informed decisions to be made by the client
  • Relationship Management


    • Play a media consultant role to the Key Account, ensuring participation in all the client’s marketing campaigns
    • Develop close and strategic relationships with the client at all levels, with the aim of translating this into revenue optimization
  • Measure of Success


    • Achieve set financial and non-financial targets

Requirements

  • At least 12 years of consultative sales experience, preferably in online media/ advertising sales or Real Estate industries in managerial position
  • Excellent understanding of:


    • online user behavior, including mobile and social networking
    • online marketing and measurement of online performance, especially impact of SEO and conversions
  • Experience in navigating through complex client organization and establishing excellent rapport at all levels, especially with C-level clients
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to converse in English to speak with English speaking clients
  • Result-oriented with the drive to exceed sales target
  • Strong customer service and rapport building skills
  • Sense of humor and a positive attitude
  • Proactive, team player and able to work independently
