PropertyGuru Singapore, part of PropertyGuru Group, is looking for a world-class Web & Graphic Designer who will actively push the boundaries of visually improving the PropertyGuru brand. You will work closely with the Brand & Consumer Marketing team to produce great designs and ideas and to develop online and offline creative content. Your work will focus on a broad range of creative visual content, and will cover online deliverables such as display banners, infographics, e-direct mailers, e-Books, whitepapers and webpages; offline deliverables such as print, outdoor and transit advertising, corporate collaterals and brand merchandising; and general design. This is a role for a strategic thinker, creative problem solver and visual communicator who wants to have their hands in several things at once; who can deliver end-to-end design across media types, screens, formats and technologies; and who can collaborate well with others. The candidate must flourish in a fast-paced, ever-changing, and deadline driven environment. 


  • Have a passion for visual storytelling and creating engaging design solutions
  • Gather requirements from internal stakeholders
  • Work closely with the Consumer Marketing team to generate all general and digital support in a fast-paced environment for both digital and print formats, in ATL and BTL marketing
  • Strategize, conceptualise and execute brand and creative direction across a broad range of digital and physical mediums
  • Develop and execute concepts and new ideas across brand, acquisition and retention campaigns, which have visual impact and influence to increase user engagement and conversion 
  • Work with designers from other countries, business verticals and/or external agencies on joint-campaign materials  
  • Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams (e.g. Design, Product) to ideate, iterate and refine designs
  • Independently manage multiple projects/tasks of varying complexities 
  • Create work under minimal supervision, as well as package and present solutions to the wider marketing team; quickly and beautifully 
  • Establish and promote design guidelines, best practices and standards
  • Create and manage templates and style guides
  • Maintain a digital assets repository 
  • Be comfortable working in international contexts and travelling to other countries for collaborative projects and research. 
  • Act as a Brand Custodian/Guardian » Ensure consistent branding across all creative assets


  • Minimum of 4 years’ experience in creative industry or in-house design (agency experience is a plus), bringing practical experience in designing online and offline creative assets
  • Diploma or above in Fine Arts Design, Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a related field 
  • Our ideal candidate is a structured designer in both process and execution 
  • Is fearless and possesses high energy/drive and can-do attitude 
  • Is a fountain of ideas and creative thinking who can think and implement quickly, laterally, independently or collaboratively 
  • Fluent across web & graphic design, typography, photography, illustration and motion; has strong perspective on digital design and responsive design
  • Has an advanced understanding of what makes creatives, products and content engaging and successful across platforms and audiences
  • Possesses a good understanding of campaigning, concept development, UX feedback, and branding
  • Technically strong, possessing expert understanding and working knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud » Must-haves: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Dreamweaver and Animate; Good-to-have: Muse, Premier Pro, After Effects and Spark; proficiency in InVision, Sketch or other design and wireframing tools is a plus  
  • Well-versed in the use of PowerPoint, Keynote, dynamic charts and diagrams
  • Experience in two or more of the following is highly desired: HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript and WordPress
  • Has working knowledge of Enterprise Marketing tools such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Oracle Eloqua and/or Marketo 
  • Possesses strong knowledge of UX/UI and final artwork, and has production, typographic and layout skills proficiency
  • Basic understanding of SEO principles and copywriting skills is a plus
  • Keeps up with the evolving landscape of available tools, technologies and resources
  • Able to communicate ideas visually and verbally, and has good organisational and interpersonal communication. The role supports Singapore and other countries; thus, English fluency is a must.
  • Highly motivated and independent thinker who can work independently as well as part of a team
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task projects, priorities, schedules, and deliverables
  • Flexible in managing requirements in fast-paced and changing environments  
  • Experienced in managing creative assets for multiple languages and countries  
  • Experience working with e-commerce, technology or online brands/clients or working on a new brand is a plus
  • Experience in Real Estate is highly-desired; minimally, interest in Real Estate is a must-have
