Consultant, Agency Management
- Acquire in depth knowledge of our products offering
- Identify sales opportunities and up-sell to existing clients from telesales led activities
- Efficiently and effectively handle minimum set positive outbound calls per day
- Support inbound customer services and sales enquiries
- Produce weekly sales and pipeline report
- Maintain records of contacts, accounts, and orders
- Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
- Minimum 2 years’ experience with proven track-record in telemarketing/indoor-sales roles
- Real estate experience is a plus - but is not critical
- Proactive, energetic, tenacious and self-driven
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Fluency in English and Mandarin to liaise with English and Mandarin speaking clients
- Continually developing skills to do their work at a high level
