Job description

  • Acquire in depth knowledge of our products offering
  • Identify sales opportunities and up-sell to existing clients from telesales led activities
  • Efficiently and effectively handle minimum set positive outbound calls per day
  • Support inbound customer services and sales enquiries
  • Produce weekly sales and pipeline report
  • Maintain records of contacts, accounts, and orders
  • Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience with proven track-record in telemarketing/indoor-sales roles
  • Real estate experience is a plus - but is not critical
  • Proactive, energetic, tenacious and self-driven 
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Fluency in English and Mandarin to liaise with English and Mandarin speaking clients
  • Continually developing skills to do their work at a high level
