Job description

The Role:

PropertyGuru is seeking for an experienced online media professional with advertising background to join our growing team. The Client Services Executive plays one of the key role in planning and executing client campaigns, ensuring campaign objectives are met while client satisfaction is maximised.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with sales team, country manager and superior to obtain information to devise, prepare and propose solutions/media plan that meet the client’s goals
  • Manage campaign implementation, tracking and performance management from initiation to closure
  • Handle day-to-day requests and briefings
  • Brief external vendors including creative, digital and media planning agencies
  • Manage client relationships and attend client meetings
  • Monitor and optimize campaign for delivery and performance
  • Aid in trouble shooting in all aspects of a client’s campaign to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Clearly communicate expectation to team members and related stakeholders regarding campaign status on a regular basis
  • Determine how results will be measured and complete a post-campaigns evaluation & report to determine how well results were achieved

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in a business/management or technical related discipline
  • 2-3 years of working experience in digital advertising, media, online business preferred (digital and media agency background will be advantage)
  • Experience with a major ad serving tool (Google Doubleclick for Publishers (DFP), MediaMind, Doubleclick)
  • Ability to meet objectives and campaign deadlines
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks/projects at once
  • Quick, adaptive learner with the ability to develop expertise in digital workflow and ad serving systems
  • Self-motivated with an ability to thrive under pressure
  • Excellent judgment and creative problem solving skills
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written in local language and English, to liaise with English and Bahasa speaking clients
