Business Development Executive

Job description

The role:

This role is tasked to develop new Accounts throughout its lifecycle by planning and executing relevant activities and co-ordinating with internal departments to achieve high level customer satisfaction. 



  • Grow and acquire new business revenue. This includes identifying sales opportunities, up-selling and securing sales deals with agents via face-to-face and/ or phone
  • Manage and track clients’ transactional information in CRM
  • Prepare proposals and reports such as sales proposals for customers, and daily sales and pipeline reports for internal reporting
  • Develop and build strong relationship with clients in the assigned accounts



  • 1 to 2 years of sales experience, preferably in online media/ advertising sales or advertising industries. 
  • Comfortable promoting online, print, events and mobile solutions products
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to liaise with clients
  • Result-oriented with the drive to exceed sales target
  • Strong customer service and rapport building skills
