Business Development Executive
This role is tasked to develop new Accounts throughout its lifecycle by planning and executing relevant activities and co-ordinating with internal departments to achieve high level customer satisfaction.
- Grow and acquire new business revenue. This includes identifying sales opportunities, up-selling and securing sales deals with agents via face-to-face and/ or phone
- Manage and track clients’ transactional information in CRM
- Prepare proposals and reports such as sales proposals for customers, and daily sales and pipeline reports for internal reporting
- Develop and build strong relationship with clients in the assigned accounts
- 1 to 2 years of sales experience, preferably in online media/ advertising sales or advertising industries.
- Comfortable promoting online, print, events and mobile solutions products
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to liaise with clients
- Result-oriented with the drive to exceed sales target
- Strong customer service and rapport building skills
